Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing’s assisted living options offer personalized assistance, supportive services and compassionate care in a professionally managed, carefully designed, retirement community setting. It’s the perfect alternative for seniors who can no longer live on their own at home, yet don’t need 24-hour, complex medical supervision.
Bothell Landing is anchored by the award winning Northshore Senior Center, one of the largest, most dynamic senior centers on the West Coast. With over 10,000 members and a large curriculum of activities and functions, the center has something for everyone.
Throughout Bothell Landing, sidewalks and trails make exploring the neighborhood fun and easy, and the senior center is less than two blocks from Vineyard Park. Other trails find arching bridges across the Sammamish River on the way to historic downtown Bothell with its many shops and restaurants. Our centralized location on Seattle’s Eastside means Kirkland, Bellevue, and Mill Creek are minutes away in Vineyard Park’s vehicle-on-call, and Seattle and Everett are within a convenient half hour drive.
Our approach provides the ideal solution for seniors who need some help with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing and medication reminders. We focus on wellness and keeping residents as independent as possible by providing a tailored plan of assistance. Our residents enjoy beautifully appointed living spaces, delicious meals, engaging social activities, transportation, and personalized assistance and care.

Testimonials
Danielle Ewanchuk
I have been wanting to write you this note since June, but life has continued to toss challenges my way, so it’s been a bit hectic.
First and foremost, I’d like to thank you so very much for approving the living accommodations for my father at Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing. Jill and I met back in the late February or March timeframe when I was working with social workers to try and find accommodations for my dad. The state recommended an adult family home (AFH) initially, which was covered by Medicaid. I worked with the state, and they placed him in an adult family home. Dad would call me and say, “You gotta get me out of here,” and began to become even more depressed during his stay there; he lost 15 pounds within the four weeks in the care of the AFH. He kept telling me that there were issues with the staff, but I wasn’t sure until I began dropping in at different times of the day and found the behaviors and safety to be below the state’s standard of care.
So, when we went to tour Vineyard Park at Bothell Landing, my dad was greeted by three residents who were relaxing in the common area by the front desk. That greeting immediately shifted his attitude from depression to optimism. And when we drove home, he was truly excited about the move. The staff has truly been very caring, positive, friendly and attentive to my dad’s needs. He now wanders through the halls singing or humming little tunes. He’s comfortable in his room as he has his own belongings with him. He has help with bathing, prompts for eating breakfast, lunch and dinner, and med techs to distribute his medication on time.
I can’t say enough positive things about our experience. Truly a special place. I’ve offered to give some volunteer time to help with an art class or two for the residents, just to give back something in return. The first class was positively accepted by the participants, and I have two more scheduled in October. I am happy to give back some of my time.
Thank you with all my heart.
